If you’re experiencing an issue that you couldn’t resolve using the troubleshooting guides, here’s how to reach the right team quickly. Each support channel is specialized to handle specific requests efficiently.

1. General Support

For general questions about your account, payouts, or platform navigation:

  • Use the Help Centre form inside your dashboard (bottom-right “Ask” button).

  • Include your account ID, email, and a short description of your issue.

  • Most responses are sent within 24 hours.

2. Account & Payout Issues

If you’re missing a payout, having wallet issues, or your balance isn’t updating:

  • Contact the Funding Support Team via the dashboard or Discord.

  • Provide:

  • Your funded account ID

  • Wallet address used for payouts

  • Transaction ID (TxID) if available

Payout-related issues are reviewed first and typically resolved within a few hours.

3. Trading or Platform Bugs

For technical issues (e.g., trades not executing, token data not loading, chart errors):

  • Open a bug report ticket in the Discord channel #support-tickets.

  • Include your browser type, device, and what you were doing before the error occurred.

  • Developers monitor this channel directly for faster debugging.

4. Telegram Bot or Notification Issues

If your Telegram bot isn’t responding or updates aren’t sending:

  • Go to Troubleshooting → Bot Not Responding first.

  • If still unresolved, message the Bot Integration Team on Discord.

  • Include your Telegram username and the date of your last successful interaction.

5. Verification & Security

If you believe your account was compromised or need verification assistance:

  • Immediately contact Security Support via the in-dashboard “Help” button.

  • Mark your request as URGENT.

  • Include the email tied to your account and any relevant logs or device information.

Your account will be temporarily locked until the issue is verified.
