Trade Not Executing
If your trade isn’t executing, it’s usually due to a connection, token data, or wallet sync issue. Follow the steps below to identify and resolve the problem quickly so you can get back to trading.

1. Check Your Connection Status
Your trades depend on a live WebSocket connection for real-time market data and transaction broadcasting. If you see “Loading tokens” or a disconnected icon:
Refresh the page to re-establish the connection.
Check that your internet connection is stable.
If using a VPN, try disabling it temporarily.
Ensure your browser supports WebSocket (Chrome or Safari recommended).

2. Verify Account Balance & Wallet
If your wallet balance is 0 USDC or insufficient to cover the trade, the platform will block the order.
Confirm your account size and balance at the top of your dashboard.
Ensure your wallet is properly linked and authorized.
If using a funded account, confirm your account phase is active (evaluation or live).

3. Token Data Not Loading
When token data isn’t loaded, trades cannot execute. If you see the message “Waiting for live data from WebSocket”:
Wait a few seconds for Solana RPC data to sync.
Clear your browser cache and refresh.
Make sure you haven’t exceeded the API request limit (applies to high-frequency refreshes).

4. Transaction Failed or Pending
If your trade is stuck in “Pending” or fails to execute:
Check network congestion on Solana (especially during high-volume periods).
Ensure your selected token pair is live and supported.
Confirm the price slippage or gas fee settings meet minimum requirements.
Retry the order after 10–15 seconds if network latency is detected.

5. Browser or Extension Conflicts
Browser extensions can occasionally block Solana wallet prompts or execution scripts. Try:
Disabling ad blockers or privacy extensions.
Logging in through incognito/private mode.
Using an updated browser version (Chrome or Brave recommended).

6. Platform Under Development
If you’re accessing a beta or temporary version of the dashboard, certain features may be limited or offline.
Check the Announcements or System Status page for updates.
If the “Trade Now” tab remains inactive, the platform may still be syncing with the Solana network.
Developers periodically restart WebSocket feeds — trades resume automatically once reconnected.
Note: During testing phases, expect minor execution delays or missing token data while systems stabilize.

7. Still Not Executing?
If the issue persists:
Contact the Support Team via the “Who to Contact” page.
Include your account ID, timestamp, and a screenshot of your trading dashboard.
The team can review your logs and confirm if your session was affected by a network sync delay.
