Payout Not Received

If your payout hasn’t arrived, don’t worry — most issues are related to wallet address input, network delays, or payout timing. Follow the steps below to check the status and resolve it quickly.

1. Confirm Payout Timeline

All payouts on Solana Funded are processed instantly once approved. If you haven’t received your payout within a few minutes:

  • Refresh your dashboard to confirm the latest payout status.

  • Check for blockchain network congestion on Solana Explorer.

  • Verify the payout was initiated to the correct wallet address.

Note: Even though payouts are instant, network confirmation may take up to a few minutes during peak activity.

2. Check Your Wallet Address

If your payout shows as “Completed” but hasn’t arrived in your wallet:

  • Confirm your connected wallet address matches your payout destination.

  • Make sure your wallet supports USDC on Solana (SPL).

  • Avoid sending to an exchange deposit address — always use a self-custody wallet (like Phantom or Solflare).

Tip: Search your wallet’s transaction history for “USDC received” to confirm the transaction status.

3. Review Payout Eligibility

Ensure your account meets the payout requirements:

  • All trading phases are completed.

  • Your account passed drawdown compliance checks.

  • There are no open trades during the payout request.

If one of these conditions isn’t met, your payout may be temporarily held until resolved.

4. Check Blockchain Transaction

Every payout is recorded on-chain. You can verify its status directly:

  1. Copy your transaction ID (TxID) from the Payouts tab.

  2. Visit Solscan.io or Solana Explorer.

  3. Paste the TxID to view confirmation details.

If the transaction appears as “Success” but funds haven’t shown up, your wallet provider may still be indexing the data.

5. Incorrect or Missing Details

If your payout failed due to incorrect details:

  • Update your payout wallet address in Settings before retrying.

  • Double-check that you are connected to the correct Solana wallet.

  • For security reasons, payouts to new wallet addresses may require an additional verification step.

6. Still Haven’t Received It?

If you’ve confirmed the above and still haven’t received your payout:

  • Visit the Help Centre → Who to Contact page.

  • Provide:

  • Your account ID

  • Date and time of the payout request

  • Wallet address used

  • (Optional) Screenshot of the payout record on your dashboard

Our team can verify the transaction on-chain and reissue the payout if needed.
